By submitting your phone number in our pre-qualification form or chat, you give FundFit and our lender partners permission to contact you about your funding request by:

A real person at FundFit reaches out — we do not use auto-dialers or prerecorded voice messages.

FundFit offers business financing to businesses, not consumers. We connect with business owners who contact us, respond to our ads, or publicly ask for funding help, and we follow up about their funding needs by phone, email, or message.

We do not buy or rent lead lists, and we do not use bots, scrapers, auto-dialers, or prerecorded voice messages. Our business-to-business outreach is conducted in line with applicable rules, including the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You can opt out of any channel at any time — reply STOP to texts or email privacy@fundfit.app.

Your consent is not required to use FundFit or to obtain financing. You can pre-qualify without phone consent — just leave the phone field blank or reach us by email.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. We do not charge for messages.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS. Reply HELP for support. You may also email privacy@fundfit.app to be removed from all communication channels.

California, New York, Florida, and other states have specific requirements for commercial financing communications. We comply with applicable law in each jurisdiction we operate in.

If we match you with a lender, your contact information is shared with that lender so they can complete underwriting. Each lender has its own contact policies.
