The ground rules for using FundFit. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Effective May 1, 2026
1. Who we are
FundFit is an independent business financing advisor — not a lender. We help business owners prepare and submit financing requests to third-party lenders in our network. Those lenders make all approval decisions and rate offers.
2. What we do
We collect your information, match you with lenders in our network, and advise on the offers that come back. We do not guarantee approval, rate, amount, or speed of funding.
3. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information. False or misleading submissions may result in disqualification and notice to our lender partners.
4. How we're paid
FundFit may receive a commission, referral fee, or success fee from lenders or partners when a transaction closes. This never changes the rate or terms a lender offers you.
5. No professional advice
Information on this site is general in nature — not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your business.
6. Intellectual property
All site content — copy, graphics, and the FundFit name and logo — belongs to FundFit. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundFit is provided “as is” without warranties. FundFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in North Carolina.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
